Teams makes file collaboration easy.

Steps:
 Open Microsoft Teams
 Go to a Chat or Team channel
 Click the Paperclip/Attach icon → choose OneDrive or Upload from device
 File appears in chat/channel → all members can open/edit (if permissions allow)
 To manage: click … → Open in SharePoint for advanced sharing
